Conditional call forwarding enables your Voice Ai Agent to answer inbound calls to your business either immediately or if there is no answer after a certain amount of time. This is configured by calling specific dialing codes based on your phone service provider. Instructions to turn on conditional call forwarding will be provided when your Ai agent is provisioned on our end.

Missed Call Agent is typically set up within 1 to 2 business days. Once your activation email is sent, you can then turn on conditional call forwarding (instructions provided) and your agent is live!

Calendar Booking agent will depend on how much integration is required with your existing system (or if you are planning to use ours) and how complex your booking process is. This can typically be done within 1 week but there will be some interface time required with the business owner to complete setup as well as training if our booking system is used.

If for some reason your agent starts saying crazy stuff (doing what's called "hallucinating" in the Ai world) - We will dive in and troubleshoot the issue immediately. This is VERY rare and most people that have trouble with this simply have poor prompt engineering. Ai is only as good as the engineer who prompts it. All of our prompt engineering is done in house and our scripts are battle tested internally before being released or updated to make sure edge case scenarios are covered. Prompt engineering is truly an art and Ai models are changing rapidly so it's a full time job to keep up - but don't worry, we make that our business so you can focus on yours.
